Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dispatching service technicians, and performing various administrative tasks. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service to customers and company employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Keeping data and records up to date, including spreadsheet information
  • Answering multi-line telephone system and responding to customer inquiries
  • Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
  • Assisting with general office and administrative functions, including filing, faxing, and other tasks as needed
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service goals
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a dispatch or customer service role

  • Knowledge of plumbing and sewer services
  • Familiarity with GPS software programs
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a team environment
