Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing expert product knowledge and solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide expert product knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
