Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards

* Competitive hourly rate: $22 - $27 per hour
