Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and order fulfillment. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for languages to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
