Product Support Specialist (Temp)
Jumpstart your career in music & technology. You won't just be answering emails; you’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge tech and the world’s most exciting indie labels. You will work with our ADA business to make sure that independent record labels and indie artists that sign with ADA are able to quickly learn how to use all of the tools at their disposal and help existing clients as well. This role will involve some direct customer interactions and training, but the bigger focus will be on creating content (videos, documents) so that clients can help themselves.
What you’ll do:Host Live Sessions: You’ll lead interactive walkthroughs for new ADA clients, ensuring they’re ready to drop their next big hit using our ecosystem.
Be the Creator: Beyond 1-on-1s, you’ll script, record, and edit video tutorials that allow clients to learn on their own time. Think of it as being the "face" of ADA’s support.
Own the Help Center: You’ll curate and organize your content in the ADA Help Center, making sure the right answers are always just a click away for our users.
AI Integration: We want you to break things and build them better. You’ll experiment with AI tools to automate workflows for yourself and the broader team.
Bonus For You: Direct exposure to the inner workings of a global music powerhouse. Practical experience in Product Support and Product Management workflows.
Digital Native: You’re likely the person your friends go to for app recommendations or tech troubleshooting. You’re already playing with AI tools and want to see how they work in the wild.
Socially Savvy: You can talk to a software engineer at 9 AM and a label head at 10 AM without breaking a sweat.
Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a manual. You see a gap, you fill it, and you make it happen.
Music-Obsessed: You’re ready to dive headfirst into the industry and start building a network across the global WMG ecosystem.
Bonus For Us: You’ve already got your feet wet in music. Whether it was a college internship, managing your friend’s band, or running a music-themed TikTok, you know the basics and are ready to go pro.
