Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and navigating customers through our website and online ordering process. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering process
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
  • Provide legendary customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
