Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers, resolving their concerns and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Staying up-to-date on all procedures, products, and programs to ensure that department standards and guidelines are met
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
- A valid Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, insurance sales, or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple systems and applications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment
