Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, utilizing world-class technology to deliver exceptional results.
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.

Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
