The Role

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to problem solver for our clients, resolving phone, email, and chat support tickets, reporting bugs, and collaborating with other departments to create the best customer experience possible. You'll be at the center of all the action, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve phone, email, and chat support tickets in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and report bugs, and implement fixes
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on our field sales management platform
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our platform and its features
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Technical proficiency with iOS, Android, and web applications

  • Experience in technical support or a help desk environment (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients
  • Eye for detail and strong team spirit, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Natural sense of empathy and patience to help users of all technical levels resolve their issues
  • Fun to be around, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the door-to-door sales industry (insider knowledge of our clients a plus)

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles like call centers, help desks, or tech support
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking outside the box
  • Interest in continuous learning and professional development
