Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, resolve customer inquiries, and address concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner
  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services as needed to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is required

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle high-volume customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction
  • Must reside in California
