Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be required to work from home for 2 weeks at a time, with 1 week spent in our office.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
• Work closely with our team to ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inquiries and responses
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure that you are up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

• Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
• Data entry and/or typing experience
• Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft suite
• Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

• 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
• 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be compensated at a rate of $17.50 per hour.
