Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Agent - Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. Responsibilities
As an Insurance Sales Agent - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
- Expanding business by building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals
- Accurately accounting for all currency transactions and delivering deposits to the bank in a timely manner
- Connecting with customers quickly, building relationships, and educating them on which products best fit their needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Sales or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
