Job Summary

As a Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Drive sales by identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, and promoting arenaflex's products and services
• Maintain a high level of store appearance and organization, including tagging, hanging, and merchandising products
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
• Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and product knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Part-time, 10-20 hours per week preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous retail or customer service experience

• Knowledge of visual merchandising and store displays
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
