Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Science Consultant to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Science Consultant, you'll be responsible for driving moderate to complex data science, AI, and machine learning projects, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You'll also lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with partners, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive moderate to complex data science, AI, and machine learning projects, working with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Serve as the client relationship lead on data science, AI, and machine learning projects, collaborating with cross-functional leaders across various and simultaneous tasks
- Lead conversations with partners from various backgrounds to gather business needs for data science, AI, and machine learning solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert on data science, AI, and machine learning delivery philosophies
- Drive the development of leader-level communication (e.g., project announcements, presentations, etc.)
- Combine critical amounts of detailed data and summarize key information for the relevant partner
- Develop and present results and recommendations for moderate to complex projects to the client
- Analyze market trends and implement recommended procedures to support internal client needs
- Drive the continuous development of the arenaflex data science center and community
- May perform other work assignments as directed by Representative's Chiefs
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, etc.)
- High-level expertise in both inductive and deductive thinking and critical thinking approaches
- High-level expertise in assessing logical strategies to propose the fitting end-to-end solution guide for business issues
- High-level expertise in using value definition systems and techniques to estimate, scope, and focus on various data science, AI, machine learning, or enhancement initiatives
- Proficient in using enterprise technical tools to create and convey complex technical projects to relevant partners
- Skilled in using project management tools to define the solution guide and project plan used to ensure the project has the resources needed to complete tasks on time
- Ability to develop trust with all levels of Representatives to and including cross-functional leaders and should be able to appropriately manage highly sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to lead complex data science, AI, machine learning, or streamlining projects, including serving as a leader for business partner groups, solution definition and planning, detailed task and deliverable definition and creation, and project plan creation
- Ability to lead communication in a connecting way major areas of strength for with and composed relational skills for technical and non-technical audiences up to and including cross-functional senior leaders
- Ability to lead project teams through various circumstances and evolving approaches/strategy if necessary to actually and effectively meet targets
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, etc.)
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience working with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, etc.)
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.)
