Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a shared email inbox, answering customer phone calls, preparing and processing documents, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of our insurance services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Shared Email Inbox: Maintain and manage a shared email inbox, responding to inquiries, forwarding relevant information, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Answering Customer Phone Calls: Answer inbound phone calls, addressing client needs, providing policy information, and offering excellent customer service.
  • Preparing and Processing Documents: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing insurance documents for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Policy Renewals, Endorsements, and Cancellations: Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations as needed.
  • Coordinating with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive support.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including document filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as required.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly Rate: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
