As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Operating the register and handling cash transactions
- Making purchase suggestions to customers and promoting products
- Working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
- Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and objectives
- Providing suggestions and ideas to improve customer service and store operations
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for customer service
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
- The ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects
- A high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:- Previous retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
