Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chat support
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting delivery information into our tracking system
- Collaborating with regional facilities to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues through research and problem-solving
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth
- Working with a variety of computer applications and software to manage customer interactions
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be a successful Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- Ability to multitask on a computer while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
