As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the network infrastructure of our Call Centers and Data Centers spanning several countries.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Network Engineer in our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, configuring, and deploying network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) for our Call Centers and Data Centers
• Performing hardware refreshes, primarily on Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
• Implementing remote access VPN solutions, site-to-site VPNs, GRE tunnels, and DMVPN
• Configuring firewall access requests and completing routing changes
• Racking, cabling, and labeling in the Data Center as needed
• Creating and maintaining diagrams and documentation
• Working on ticket requests and providing on-shift outage escalation support from our NOC
• Participating in on-call support coverage

Essential Qualifications:

* CCNP and above, or equivalent experience

• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
• Advanced troubleshooting and configuration experience with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (vPC, Etherchannel, Stackwise, VSS), and firewalls
• Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches
• Familiarity with VRF configurations
• SD-WAN and ACI experience would be a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with route redistribution

• Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices
• Knowledge of network management tools and software
• Experience with network automation and scripting
• Familiarity with cloud-based network services and platforms
