As a Customer Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing arenaflex and ensuring that every transaction turns into a happy customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing arenaflex and handling continuous communication via ticketing and chat with customers regarding incidents, issues, and questions.
- Resolve common issues and answer questions self-reliantly based on tools, information, processes, and training provided by arenaflex.
- Escalate issues to internal and external stakeholders, depending on issue type and severity and according to documented escalation procedures.
What You Will Bring:
* Excellent Croatian reading and writing skills.
- Good English reading and writing skills (B2 level).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service-minded and empathetic, with the ability to independently support customers.
- High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools).
- Comfortable working for a global company and in an international work environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Customer Service experience is preferred.
