- Professional communication in both German (C1) and English (B2) required
- Min. 6 months of experience in customer service preferred
- Skilled communicator across multiple channels (Email/Chat/Phone)
- Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
- Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
- Open to learning and using new technology
