This technique involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

The Senior Statistics Architect Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team and drive the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. As a key member of our crew, you'll work closely with utility teams, product and process owners, and Agile teams in technology to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
• Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone platform.
• Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions with high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various use case levels.
• Provide guidance on optimizing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
• Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.

### Position Requirements As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique. ### Essential Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

### Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
