What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues with a smile. You'll be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or an exceptional one.

A Typical Day

* Answer incoming communications from customers

  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product or service knowledge
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (>15 mbps)

Reporting and Success

You'll report to a Team Lead and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team. Your performance will be measured by your ability to resolve customer issues efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and meet performance metrics.
