Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers through various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
  • Accurately document call content in real-time to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Schedule and Work Environment

* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with rotating holidays as needed)

  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Remote work environment with access to necessary technology and resources

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.75

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
