Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work From Home Opportunity with arenaflex

We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Job Functions:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with booking new reservations or updating prior requests
• Handling all general questions or inquiries from guests, including but not limited to:

+ Room rates and availability + Hotel amenities and services + Travel arrangements and itineraries + Special requests and accommodations

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our hotels and services
• Resolving guest complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Equipment and Requirements:

* A high-speed internet connection (arenaflex will provide $50/monthly towards internet costs)

• A quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
• A reliable computer or laptop with a headset and microphone
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with an additional $1.70 per hour for hours worked between 6pm and 12am

• Opportunities to earn an additional $200-400 per month for meeting performance goals
