Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our customer service and operations teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. You'll be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into various systems and databases, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, and retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases

  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data collected
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
