Job Summary
As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will provide world-class customer experience to our customers through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert guidance on our insurance policies. This is not a call center job; you'll be working with a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping small business owners thrive. Key Responsibilities
* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
- Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
- Maintain regular and timely attendance
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
- Ability to manage individual stress/composure
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
* High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience in customer service
- Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
- Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
