As a Customer Service Specialist in the Government and Corporate Affairs team at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division. Your role will be to promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or a related field + 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar travel management systems + Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution + High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable + Satisfactory attendance required
