Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, sharing best practices and ideas to drive success.
Qualifications
To be successful as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus).
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Gaming experience is helpful, but not required.
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required.
