Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an essential role in empowering our customers to take their medications correctly and achieve better overall wellness. This is a fully remote position, which means you'll be working from home virtually. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers

  • Communicate with customers primarily through phone and email
  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
  • Work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
