As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Communicating with patients and medical professionals to schedule appointments and obtain necessary patient information
- Working independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
- Following detailed instructions, procedures, and policies in accordance with the department and company guidelines
- Quickly adapting to changes and modifications in the call center environment
- Communicating clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
- Efficiently executing multiple tasks at once and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and modifications in the call center environment
