Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, exceeding their expectations, and building lasting relationships. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $20 to $30 per hour. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support to our clients, exceeding their expectations, and building lasting relationships
  • Serving as a brand ambassador, representing arenaflex in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
  • Providing travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to American Express Card Members
  • Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
  • Utilizing various technology platforms to provide support in a face-to-face client environment
  • Working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, requiring adaptability and flexibility
  • Providing proactive solutions to client issues and concerns, resulting in increased client loyalty
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium client environment
  • Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • The ability to listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions, resulting in high client satisfaction
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Proficiency in using various technology platforms, including web-based tools
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain work tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
