The Customer Growth Marketing Team

The Customer Growth Marketing team within arenaflex's Global Commercial Services (GCS) division is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies that deliver customer value through meaningful interactions at every touch. Our goal is to drive high levels of product satisfaction and long-term engagement among our customers, and we're looking for a talented Senior Manager to lead our Direct Channels Customer Acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager - Direct Channels Customer Acquisition, you'll be responsible for leading the development, management, evaluation, and optimization of email and direct mail communications for various lending treatments across both our Charge and Lend Cards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing email and direct mail campaigns to drive engagement and incremental revenue
  • Leading channel forecasting and results analysis, and optimizing channels and flex plans as needed to meet investment and performance objectives
  • Continuously evolving our marketing approach in email and direct mail, leveraging new technologies, personalization, and other innovative strategies
  • Developing test and learn curriculum to drive growth through targeted initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing Strategy, Product Management, and Risk partners on segmentation, targeting, and pricing, as well as understanding portfolio strategies and customer behavior to identify and address opportunities to support and grow the program
  • Leading two high-performing direct reports who will lead marketing execution

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Relevant experience within marketing, product, strategy, or a function with transferrable skills
  • Data-driven strategic thinking with a growth mindset and a track record of developing customer-first marketing strategies that deliver results
  • Results-driven with exceptional accountability and ownership
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who can work independently, as well as within a team
  • Superior relationship management skills, with the ability to influence partners both across and upwards
  • Robust analytical skills that translate data into insights
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Clear and articulate communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with a heavy focus on attention to detail and meeting tight timelines
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm with a "can-do" attitude

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with digital and/or direct mail expertise.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Senior Manager - Direct Channels Customer Acquisition at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
