Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll be part of our Operations and Customer Center team, working closely with our experts to provide top-notch service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their flights, bookings, and travel arrangements
  • Utilizing our systems and tools to track and resolve customer issues
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with our teams to achieve our goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities and Liabilities

Our Operations and Customer Center team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airline's activities. As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll be part of one of the following groups:

  • Load Control Center: You'll work with our Load Control Center team to ensure accurate and efficient loading of aircraft, while also ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company regulations.
  • Fuel Methodology: You'll collaborate with our Fuel Methodology team to develop and implement strategies for fuel management, reducing costs and improving efficiency.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., software engineering, research, finance, modern design, aviation management) preferred
  • Availability to work for three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
  • Enrollment in an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
  • Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies

What Will Give You an Edge

While not required, the following skills and experiences will give you a competitive edge in this role:

  • Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with airline operations, booking, and scheduling
  • History of leadership roles, including student and community associations
