The Role

As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve routine problems related to our clients' products or services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide great customer service to customers via phone, email, and in some cases, chat

  • Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements

* Fluency in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)

  • Good command of English
  • Passion and interest in customer service (previous experience is not required but a valued merit)
  • Ability to work from one of our offices or from the comfort of your own home within the Baltic region
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Location and Working Hours

This role is available for remote work within the Baltic region or from one of our offices in Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, and Daugavpils. You'll work in 8.5-hour shifts, which may include both weekdays and weekends.
