Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone and chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a diverse range of customers to deliver a memorable and delightful experience
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality, service, and professionalism

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a home office environment with a hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • Required Internet Speed: 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • Working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • Noise/distraction-free home office environment
  • Desk and ergonomic chair
