Job Summary

arenaflex is currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for remote, part-time Data Entry and Customer Service positions. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide support on various issues, and manage data entry tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers by phone, email, or chat with inquiries, order issues, and general support.
  • Accurately inputting and updating customer data and order information into internal systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum of 40 words per minute).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet access.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
