Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative in our Data Entry team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer experiences while accurately handling data entry tasks. You'll assist with various customer inquiries, provide product information, and enter data into our systems in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative in our Data Entry team, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through email, chat, and phone support

• Maintaining and updating customer records in the company's database
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

Qualifications
