- Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions.
- Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
- Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
- Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers.
- Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests.
- Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule.
- Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included.
- Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue.
