About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a full-time remote position, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional service to our clients. This role offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $28,000 to $50,000 per year, with opportunities for commission and bonuses. Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients, driving business growth and revenue
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Assist with onboarding clients, setting clear expectations and providing guidance on our services
  • Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Active Property and Casualty License, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in the insurance industry
  • Fluency in Spanish, along with proficiency in English, to effectively communicate with our diverse client base
  • Experience with Allstate is strongly preferred, although not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, to efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work
  • Collaborative and supportive team member, fostering a positive work environment and contributing to our agency's success
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
