Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage for their family
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments to ensure seamless coverage
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, providing clear and concise explanations to alleviate any uncertainty
  • Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule to maintain compliance and efficiency

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing client needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous in this role:

  • Experience working in the insurance or benefits industry, with knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and hearing insurance plans
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

  • Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses, on average $65,000 to $68,500 first year annually
