Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Order Entry Specialist II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries
  • Serving as the first point of customer contact for general inquiries, including pricing, products, scheduling, and more
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty
  • Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
  • Performing a range of Customer Service support tasks, including analyzing abnormalities and identifying causes and remedies
  • Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of orders and invoices
  • Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices, as well as scanning and emailing invoices to customers
  • Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or order entry position, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, with limited supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify causes and remedies for abnormalities
  • Proficiency in using a variety of software applications, including SharePoint and VPN systems
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using a variety of software applications, including CRM systems and email marketing tools
