Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Success Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound and making outbound calls to provide exceptional service to our customers
- Responding to customer requests within set timeframes and delivering high-quality service
- Providing information and knowledgeable assistance by pulling up loan information and resolving customer inquiries
- Adhering to schedules, multitasking, meeting deadlines, and providing verbal and written responses to customers as required
- Working as part of a dedicated team to explain policies and procedures to customers and find great solutions to their inquiries
- Building positive and pleasant relationships with our customers, helping them feel secure and well-looked-after
- Maintaining regular and punctual attendance and complying with all company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* High School Graduate or GED
- 0-1 Years related work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of loan products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
