Job Summary

As an Experienced IME Medical Scheduler / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling the receipt of new cases, reviewing and verifying information, and drafting cases in our AccessDS system
  • Working with clients to gather missing information and ensuring proper documentation
  • Assigning and scheduling new cases to physicians, ensuring no conflict of interest and meeting client requirements
  • Monitoring and processing cases to ensure timely completion
  • Providing exceptional customer service, updating clients on case progress, and communicating with clients to ensure proper documentation

Key Responsibilities

* Handle the receipt of new cases, reviewing and verifying information, and drafting cases in our AccessDS system

  • Work with clients to gather missing information and ensure proper documentation
  • Assign and schedule new cases to physicians, ensuring no conflict of interest and meeting client requirements
  • Monitor and process cases to ensure timely completion
  • Provide exceptional customer service, updating clients on case progress, and communicating with clients to ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case processing and client satisfaction
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines
  • Computer literacy and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • Experience in medical scheduling, customer service, or a related field
  • Knowledge of AccessDS or similar systems
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., medical billing, coding)

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 - $19.00/hr USD
