Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule visits, and offer promotions
  • Reviewing customer feedback, both positive and negative, to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support

Outbound Calls:

Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule visits, and offer promotions

Quality Check:

Call customers from prior day for quality check

Maintenance Customers:

Call maintenance customers and schedule visits

Promotions:

Call on customer list to offer promotions

Reviews:

Follow up on reviews positive and negative

General Inbound Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Previous Customer Service Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment

Strong Attention to Details:

The ability to focus on details and ensure accuracy in all interactions

Conscientious and Team Player:

A strong work ethic and a willingness to collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
