Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service and data management processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering customer data, orders, and other information into our systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Updating and Maintaining Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and other relevant information.
- Operating Office Equipment: Proficiently operating a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to support the efficient operation of our business.
- Communicating with Clients: Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating and scheduling appointments with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
