Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and performing various administrative tasks as assigned by the Data Entry Manager. Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including but not limited to:
+ Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries + Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner + Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times + Clarifying orders as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Data Entry Manager
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
- Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong background in customer service
- LTC pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills required
- Great telephone etiquette a must
- Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Experience with pharmacy software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
