Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and performing various administrative tasks as assigned by the Data Entry Manager. If you have a strong background in pharmacy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including but not limited to:

+ Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries + Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner + Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times + Clarifying orders as needed

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Data Entry Manager

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong background in customer service
  • LTC pharmacy experience preferred
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills required
  • Great telephone etiquette a must
  • Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Experience with pharmacy software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
