Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at an Amazon Locker+ retail location, your duties will include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
• Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site, ensuring seamless operations
• Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Physical Demands and Requirements

As a Customer Service Associate at an Amazon Locker+ retail location, you'll be required to:

• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
