Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with patients and customers will be the key to delivering a positive experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to patients and customers
  • Recommending items for sale to patients and customers
  • Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members
  • Delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for all patients and customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers

  • Recommend items for sale to patients and customers
  • Model and share customer service best practices with all team members
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for all patients and customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
  • Process prescriptions and other pharmacy transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmacy technology or healthcare administration

  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with electronic medical records and pharmacy software
