About the Role

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. Your primary responsibility will be to study, resolve, and correct discrepancies between our enrollment package records and the eligibility records in our system. This will involve working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough studies to identify discrepancies between enrollment package records and eligibility records

• Resolve issues and correct discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to manage and prioritize tasks
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions
• Reconcile eligibility records between systems
• Monitor and track records to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's systems and processes

Required Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis

• Healthcare industry experience (desirable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
