About the Role

As a Health Plan Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' members receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to questions, resolving issues, addressing concerns or complaints, and providing important information to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide informed support to customers

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
